Ani Difranco
Angela Maria Ani DiFranco is a Canadian-American singer-songwriter. She's released over 20 albums. DiFranco's music has been classified as alternative, folk rock, and has hints of jazz and hip hop. Ani diFranco was the first artist to establish her own record company in the year 1990. Ani is widely considered as one of the feminist icons. DiFranco is the daughter of Elizabeth (Ross), and Dante Americo DiFranco. They met in The Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Her father was Italian heritage and her mother was from Montreal. 32 Flavors is a hit song written as well as performed by Ani DiFranco.
